MNS low-voltage withdrawable complete switchgear is suitable for power generation and supply systems with an AC frequency of 50-60Hz, a rated operating voltage of 400V (690V), and a rated current of 4000A and below. It is used for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation. It is widely applied in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings, and other fields.

Optional Ingress Protection (IP) Ratings
The standard ingress protection rating is IP40, which can be upgraded to IP54 for special environments, making it adaptable to complex working conditions such as moisture and dust.

Excellent Electrical Performance
The main busbar has a maximum current rating of 6300A and a short-time withstand current of 100kA (1s). The busbars are bolt-connected with double-layer ESLOK coating to ensure maintenance-free operation.

Reliable Busbar System
The busbar is protected by high-strength, flame-retardant, and high-insulation plastic functional boards with arc-fault resistance, ensuring safe and reliable operation and maintenance.

Flexible Design
The C-shaped profiles with a 25mm modulus offer high structural versatility and flexible assembly. Adopting a standard modular design, over 200 components can be used to construct frame structures and drawer units for different configurations, meeting the requirements of various structural forms, protection degrees, and operating environments.

High Space Efficiency
Compact design houses more functional units in less space. A single enclosure can accommodate up to 72 drawers, boosting capacity by more than 30% compared to traditional switchgear.
