Product Description
GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a low-voltage complete switchgear assembly suitable for power distribution centers (PC) and motor control centers (MCC) in applications such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings. It is designed for power systems operating at AC 50-60Hz, with a rated operating voltage of 660V and below and a rated current of 4000A and below, to achieve functions including power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation.

Product Advantages
Diverse Functional Units
Drawer units of the same type feature excellent interchangeability. The functional unit doors are equipped with mechanical interlocks connected to the operating mechanisms of the main circuit switches, ensuring maximum operational safety.

Reliable Busbar System
The system adopts a three-phase five-wire system. The horizontal busbars are installed at the top of the cabinet, while the N line can be installed either at the top or at the bottom of the cabinet, and the PE line is installed at the bottom. Copper busbars are utilized, offering high mechanical strength and excellent heat dissipation.

High Safety & Protection
Equipped with a mechanical interlock, the door can only be opened when the handle is in the "OFF" position, effectively preventing accidental operation. Additionally, functional unit compartments are isolated by metal plates to prevent fault propagation.

Rational Structural Design
The basic frame features a modular assembled structure, securely connected with screws to eliminate welding deformation and residual stress, significantly improving installation precision. With modular mounting holes throughout the frame and components, assembly is exceptionally flexible and easy. Internal structural parts are galvanized, while external structures undergo phosphating before receiving an electrostatic epoxy powder coating, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and a sleek appearance.
