The DDZY208-M Series Class A Single-Phase Prepayment Smart Energy Meter (Remote – Internal/External Breaker) utilizes advanced professional energy metering chips, featuring a built-in temperature-compensated hardware clock and an ESAM security encryption chip. Manufactured with advanced microelectronics technology and SMT production processes, it integrates metering, prepayment control, alarming, display, data freezing, and communication functions into a single device to achieve electricity metering and consumption information storage for residential users. Characterized by high precision, robust functionality, and excellent stability, it offers options for either an internal or external load switch, along with selectable communication modules such as Power Line Carrier (PLC) and low-power wireless communication. Its communication protocol fully complies with the requirements of the DL/T698.45 communication protocol standard.

Featuring a large-screen Chinese-character LCD display with a backlit prompt, the displayed content can be switched via keys, and the display items can be flexibly configured.

Indicates faults via relevant symbols or characters on the LCD display.
Remote Prepayment Control Function
The energy meter receives commands such as disconnection, connection, and power preservation dispatched from the remote master station via communication to perform effective prepayment control, equipped with secure authentication and encryption.
Local Prepayment Control Function (Optional)
The energy meter is equipped with an IC card slot, preloaded with tariff, credit, and other information inside the meter, allowing electricity purchasing via CPU cards as well as remote purchasing.
Tariff
Multi-tariff metering, two sets of tariff time zones, and time period functions.
Communication Functions
Equipped with RS485 communication (1 channel), infrared communication (1 channel), and power line carrier communication (optional).
