35kV Class Cast Resin Dry-Type Power Transformer

The cast resin dry-type power transformer is manufactured using advanced casting processes, offering high product reliability and a long service life. It can be equipped with protective enclosures according to different protection ratings (IP classes). This product is highly suitable for critical or special environments, such as high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, tunnels, chemical plants, and nuclear power plants.
The iron core is constructed from high-performance cold-rolled grain-oriented (CRGO) silicon steel sheets and processed by fully automated robotic stacking machines. This ensures small shear burrs and a low stacking factor, effectively reducing the transformer’s no-load loss, no-load current, and noise level. The no-load loss is reduced by 5% to 10% compared to manual stacking.
