The single-phase oil-immersed stacked-core distribution transformer features a compact structure, elegant appearance, small footprint, low temperature rise and noise level, strong overload capacity, excellent electrical and mechanical performance, and high operational reliability.As an eco-efficient product, it achieves minimized no-load losses and noise levels through an optimized and innovative core and coil design, driven by our independent innovation, technology introduction, and research into new materials and processes. The product is professionally developed utilizing advanced domestic and international technologies and equipment.The iron core is constructed from high-performance cold-rolled grain-oriented (CRGO) silicon steel sheets and processed by fully automated robotic stacking machines. This ensures small shear burrs and a low stacking factor, effectively reducing the transformer’s no-load loss, no-load current, and noise level. The no-load loss is reduced by 5% to 10% compared to manual stacking.
